SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after your order has been confirmed.
During collection launches, promotional periods or other high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information where available.
Netherlands
Standard Shipping: €4.95
Free Standard Shipping on orders over €125.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 1–2 business days.
Belgium
Standard Shipping: €4.95
Free Standard Shipping on orders over €125.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 1–2 business days.
European & International Shipping
PHASE ships to selected European and international destinations.
Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination.
Free shipping above €125 currently applies only to orders shipped within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Tracking
When tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Delivery Times
All stated delivery times are estimates and begin once an order has been dispatched.
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing or periods of unusually high demand.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@phase-collective.com.
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can still be changed.
Unclaimed or Refused Shipments
If an order is returned to us because it was not collected, refused or could not be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, please contact us at contact@phase-collective.com.
Any additional shipping costs for resending the order may be charged to the customer where legally permitted.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders delivered within the European Union, applicable VAT is included in the product price where required.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated during checkout.
PHASE has no control over charges imposed by local customs authorities.
